In this classic confectionery directed by Mr Grasmuck, al the sweets and delicacies are traditionally crafted in the workshop.
 
The recipe for these melt-in-you-mouth caramels is a jealously guarded secret, passed on from father to son, confectioners for over three generations.
Their genuine "savoir-faire" is married with top quality raw materials: the mirabelle plum from lorraine (which produces 80% of the world's harvest) and einville salt, extracted for over a century form the Sainte-Marie salt flats.
